He worked as a Revenue Inspector with Govt. of Karnataka. Post his retirement he fully dedicated to the welfare of the disadvantaged community. He belongs to a middle class family and is committed to remove poverty from urban and rural areas

Founder and Secretary
He is the founder member and secretary of the organization. He is Graduated in B.Com. His interests are in nature and environmental sustainability and also to safeguard the ancient and traditional knowledge of agriculture. He has passion of acquirining knowledge about various traditional medicinal plants and their importance in present days. He has the ability to solve problems with the reliable solutions

He is the member of the organization having an M.Sc degree in (Applied Geology), and M.Phil(Hydro Geology). He has ample of knowledge in environment and social community developments. He manages the teams and projects.

He is the member of the organization. After his retirement from the position of DFO, he is working as an environmentalist with the organisation. He is the main scientific and environmental advior to the projects.Team Members
Rashmi B Hiremath (Principal Investigator)

Rashmi has an M.A and a B.Ed degree. She worked as pre-primary school teacher in Euro Kids International School Gadag and also worked as a high school teacher in Kannada Mahila Samakya Vasati Shaale, Lakkundi.In that school she identified dropout girl children and admitted them to schools under government schemes. She joined our organization in 2016. Her dedication and committment towards learning the various aspects of the organisation is commendable

Riyaz worked as a lecturer in Govt. Pre university College. He has joined the organisation in the year 2020 as project coordinator. He brings with him innovative thinking in various biological and environmemtal issues. During the PBR work his knowlegde in plant and animal science was useful.
